Store Exchange Policy 

All items purchased at Los Al Kids Resale may be returned for an exchange/store credit ONLY within 7 days of purchase date, not pick up date. We do NOT offer cash back.

Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. PLEASE TEXT 562-342-7753 after a purchase to inform us of your pick up date. Any items that are not picked up will be returned to the website for sale on the 8th day and a store credit ONLY will be issued.

Seasonal items are final sale. 

New items will NOT be returnable if opened/used. All items must be brought back for an exchange/store credit in identical condition as sold in. Tags must be attached, packaging in place and items unused.

Store credit may not be used on online purchases. If you see something you love, and have a store credit, you may call to purchase during business hours. If we are closed, we recommend purchasing the item before it sells and saving your credit for a future purchase. 

If you have any questions on any available items, please, ask PRIOR to purchasing.

We strive to accurately depict items for sale but would like to remind all shoppers that this is a resale store. Most items are in the “used” category. Please, keep that in mind when shopping. If not stated or labeled as “new,” consider the item used.
